Shipping policy

- We ship with USPS with insurance purchased for every package

- Once USPS got the package, we won't be able to change or cancel the shipping process

- We are not responsible for lost packages , we can work with you to file a claim with USPS for lost package but we won't be able to remake and resend the package.
